New, without tags. I’ve never worn it, only to try it on.
There are shoulder pads in these, as I have not removed them so I’ll leave it up to the buyer to remove them or not.
Size small.
The shell is made of 66% Rayon, 30% Polyester, and 4% Elastane.
The lining is 100% Polyester.
